DOTTIKON EXCLUSIVE SYNTHESIS operates the following distillation plants.
- Four distillation plants consisting of columns for batch operations for 17 or 40 plates
- Three rectification plants consisting of columns for continuous operations with up to 60 and 80 plates
- Two thin layer evaporators
- One sulfuric acid recovery plant
The high temperature waste incinerator (SAVA) is one of the most modern Incineration plants of the world. It was built to incinerate waste that can not be treated in any other type of plant.
- We incinerate 8‘000 to 9‘000 t every year
- The plant operates 24 hours at 7 days per week
- It works with a process computer that checks and controls all functions automatically
